At ShopSavy, we prioritize your satisfaction. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we are here to help with a straightforward exchange and refund process.

1. Returns & Exchange Period

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request an exchange or refund.

Requests made after this 7-day period will unfortunately not be entertained.

2. Conditions for Return

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:

The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

The item must be in its original packaging, including all tags, manuals, and accessories.

You must provide the proof of purchase (order number or invoice).

3. Non-Returnable Items

Items on Final Sale or clearance.

Products that have been damaged due to misuse or mishandling after delivery.

4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed via Bank Transfer or EasyPaisa/JazzCash within 3–5 business days.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

5. Exchange Process

If you received a defective or damaged item, we will replace it at no extra cost.

For size or color exchanges, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping charges.
